Lea Ebeling is a social anthropologist (M.A.), illustrator, mural and comic artist. Working interdisciplinary, she combines science and art to make scientific findings more widely accessible and uses her ethnographic expertise to enrich her artistic endeavors, for example in collaborative murals or comics based on ethnographic field work. For her master thesis in Modern South and Southeast Asian Studies, she collected anti-capitalist future imaginaries with activists and employed drawing as a creative research method and a mode of representation.
