Lilian Bankiyan-Monfard is an MA graduate in Migration and Diaspora Studies from
SOAS, the University of London based in Berlin. She has a bachelor’s degree in
Geography and International Relations from the University of Exeter. Her work
focuses on migrants’ forms of resistance and strategies of survival in the neoliberal
economy.
